User group meeting

Hello Everyone,

In the last meetup, we had a session on D8 performance and a session on Contributions. We had great participation from many MNCs and we had an attendance of more than 40.

In April we will have our first meetup in TCS, Whitefield.

Address :

Tata Consultancy Services, SEZ Unit I, International Tech Park, Pattandur Agrahara, Whitefield Road, Bangalore

We are expecting more companies to join us next month. Don't miss this event if you don't to lose out on the fun.

Would like to call for speakers on topics related to Drupal.

We shall have 2 sessions each of 1 hr and open discussions.

Suggestions for the topic:

• D8 Initiatives and whats new

• Configuration management in D8

• Intro to Theming in D8 etc,.

• Any topic related to Drupal :)

We have also started a format called "Learn With Me". You need not be a subject-matter-expert to take a session. If you have taken out some time to explore something new and would like to share your experience, please feel free to take a session.

If you are interested to speak, drop me an email to gokul[at]azrisolutions.com with 'DrupalMeetup-April' as subject.

In the view of Karnataka

In the view of Karnataka Bandh on 18th April, this meetup is now postponed to the following week, i.e., 25th April. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you can make it.

We feel that it is necessary to postpone this to ensure that most people can make it to the meetup. It is not clear if buses and autos would run on 18th. As of now, it appears that there would be no autos, at least.

As earlier, you can RSVP to the meetup on the meetup.com page at http://www.meetup.com/drupalbangalore/events/220837890/.

Thank you,
Hussain
