Hello everyone,
Am going to create a drupal 7 website along with High and Low bandwidth functions.
What are the procedure I needs to do in that since this is my first project.
High bandwidth:
It will display along with images of the page.
Low bandwidth:
It will not display the images.

You can follow the gmail model where you have a link to low band width version of the service. You can also provide a link for normal website which requires higher bandwidth
