TC Drupal Does LA - Strategy Meet and Greet

For everyone attending DrupalCon LA, let's meet up and discuss our participation at DrupalCon! We have a few agenda items to push as a group:

  • Usability Sprints
    We will spread the word, and recruit folks for participation in the sprints prior to camp. Tim Erickson is leading up this effort.

  • TC DrupalCamp Sponsors
    Potential camp sponsors will be in LA, so let's get them committed to sponsoring our camp! Drew Gorton is leading this effort.

  • TC DrupalCamp Promotion
    We will have camp stickers, and we need to spread the word about camp. Let's get people registered! Early bird pricing expires May 20th just after the Con ends. We are all in on this one.

For now, let's plan on meeting at the LA Convention Center, near the main reception desk. If we pick a different location, we will update this event.

I'll try to stop by, but I'll be helping out with the BAM class all day and going to the BAM appreciation dinner after... so I don't know where that leaves me.

When is your class session over? I will be at Mentor booth, then going to First Time Event. I was hoping to get everyone before evening events started.

I won't be able to make it at this time unfortunately. But, I would love to get stickers from someone to hand out at some point. And, I'm happy to help try and drum up session submissions and spread the word.

I'm going to be running back-and-forth between things - but I'll be there. If the group migrates to a new location before I get there please let me know via text or twitter and I'll find you there.

Wilbur - I should be able to come by for a little while. I expect I'll be between events around that time.

I don't think we're going to find any good time for everyone.

Our meetup follows the Opening Session. We might need to provide free beer to compete, then folks might change their plans.

This will not take an hour either, if you can stop by for just a few minutes, do it! We will have stickers for you!
