I am writing this to initiate a support discussion on successfully using and running websites created using Drupal. We recently created a website that our colleagues are testing in China. Our colleagues have been testing the drupal based website in China but the website does not work. When our colleagues type in the web address, the website does not show up. I will try to find the specific error message that they get and update you all. The website however works well in the United States. Would it be possible to please help in terms of solving this problem. Your knowledge and expertise would be helpful and very much appreciated! Thank you all for your time and help!

Blocked or no ICP filling

I think a lot of background information is missing here, such as what is the testing domain, where is the hosting located.
I assume your site is hosted in U.S., toucan see it in U.S. Without problems, but your Chinese tester said they can see nothing. I guess that means your domain or hosting IP has been blocked by China firewall, and your site content may not be welcomed in China.
If your site moved to and hosted in a China server, then it does not come out, that could mean your domain has not yet filed with authority and has not ICP or has not put ICP number on your site, and your hosting company shut your site down.
