Position Description:

As the successful candidate you will design, maintain, and enhance customer websites with Drupal, writing custom modules and/or configuring contributed modules as needed. Expertise and deep knowledge of Drupal, PHP, and other languages and technologies is required, in addition to strong front and back-end coding experience.

You will be responsible for installing and maintaining Drupal as required, including module development, theme implementation/design, and maintaining/enhancing customer sites. Keeping current with Drupal core, module releases and security bulletins, and determining how they will impact the websites is required, including managing client relationships.

What you know:

Extensive knowledge of Drupal, including:

Drupal 6 & 7
Pressflow
Popular Drupal Modules: Views, Panels, Features, Context, Pathauto (for D6), Rules, Image, Cache, etc.
Apache Solr, Apache 2.2 web server, including configuration, mod_rewrite, and mod_security
I18n/locale experience with Drupal translation
Expert PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript skills
A thorough knowledge of W3C Compliant HTML & CSS and modern web design practices as well as the OWASP Top 10 Project
Strong Quality Assurance skills – being able to review work and thoroughly test code
Ability to translate design files into pixel-perfect websites and applications that work across major browsers and platforms
Able to document your code and programming structure in a concise, easy to understand manner
Computer Science degree or equivalent real world experience
Experience with the following is a bonus:

Knowledge of WordPress, Expression Engine, ActionScript 2.0/3.0, ASP.NET
Experience with Perl, server-side scripting
Design skills or an appreciation for good design
Experience with multimedia technologies (audio, video, streaming, etc.)
Understanding of email template creation and cross-browser, cross-platform constraints
Experience with Google Analytics and/or Omniture tracking
Experience developing applications for iPhone and/or Android device
Deep familiarity with forms, views, and schema APIs
An understanding of responsive/adaptive design and grid systems
