The next beta release for Drupal 8 will be beta 13! (Read more about beta releases.) The beta is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2015. We have rescheduled the beta from July 22 in order to ensure a reliable solution in a critical update implementation for a previously resolved critical issue (see Provide an upgrade path for #2354889 (block context manager)).
To ensure a reliable release window for the beta, there will be a Drupal 8 commit freeze from 00:00 to 23:30 UTC on July 29.
