Hello DC Drupalers! I'm a Drupal developer who's been working solo for several years, and I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts or resources to suggest on making the transition to making your first hires and/or working with VAs or other contractors.
I know there's a ton of useful advice out there for business in general, but I feel like some issues will be specific to web shops and Drupal in particular. I'd love to hear about your experiences.
I'm posting this now because I'm heading up to Drupal GovCon on Wednesday, so if anyone would be up for planning a short chat during a lull there, that would be awesome! This will be my first Drupal conference, so I'm pretty stoked. But anything you want to share here on email will be great too.
