I've got a client who wants to put their multi-page newsletter online in as nice a format as possible. Any recommendations for tools/modules to do this? I'd like something along the lines of turn.js (http://www.turnjs.com/#getting-started), where the user experience is pleasant.

There is a module for using Turn.js: https://www.drupal.org/project/turnjs
If that module's built in functionality won't suffice for what you're trying to do, all that would really be needed is to create a view of the content along with a custom view template to ensure turn.js can handle the content properly. Individual pages can be handled as a new content type and tied to the view.
