I can probably make it--I'm
I can probably make it--I'm not familiar with any of the locations, so anything should do.
AND--I actually have experience with Drupal at this point.
I'll be there, wherever there is
I'm out in St. Charles County so I'm not familiar with any of these locations, but I'll find it if you name it.
I don't know where everyone else is coming from, but if you would be interested in a more central location, I can offer up my work place in Maryland Heights. We've got wifi and plenty of table space.
+1 in attendance
I'm coming from South County, so naturally I would prefer locations closer to there. But it doesn't really matter as long as I can find it on a map and find a place to park.
I wonder if someplace like Clayton would be a good "central" location.
On my calendar
I would like to come to this. I'm coming from Webster, so Chippewa/Watson would be cool for me, but anything will do. I may be able to offer a Clayton location for future meetings. I'll check on that.
another attendance
I can actually make it to this one, I am downtown, so anywhere is fine with me. we also have a community room in our building I can offer up (or there are places around the corner).
hopefully it will be tolerated, but our design group is looking for some extra drupal developers, hopefully some of you will be willing to chat with me about that.

Hi All,
I look to forward to seeing you all on Thursday at 7pm.
I see the following recommendations for locations. Note that we would like a place with wifi (preferably) and business hours until 9pm. Recommendations for alternatives to Panera are certainly welcome.
Chippewa/Watson in St. Louis Hills ...
perhaps the Panera at 6607 Chippewa?
alternatives?
Clayton Area ...
perhaps the Panera 1445 Saint Louis Galleria?
alternatives?
location
how is the location selection coming? I am fine with any of the places.
Since no alternative was
Since no alternative was proposed, and since a couple people suggested the Clayton area, I propose the Panera at the Galleria in Clayton. That has easy access to I64 and I170.

great, see everyone there.
great, see everyone there.
One more
I'll be bringing one more interested party. Clayton area is fine with me, if that works better as a central location.
7pm @Panera Sounds Good
I look forward to meeting all of you
where's the meeting?
I'm at the Galleria, there no longer seems to be Panera here. I am at Starbucks.
not coming
I am still on a confrence call that looks like it will run at least another hour. sorry guys, will try again next meet-up.

Three at Starbucks, Galleria
We have 3 at the Starbucks second floor Galleria. Come on by ??
Thanks to the 6 people who
Thanks to the 6 people who came out, despite the confusion over location! It turns out the Panera at the Galleria closed months ago, despite still being listed online in various places. Look forward to an announcement soon about a meetup next month, tentatively near SLU.
It was a good meeting
We can probably do better by way of location next time, but it was nice to meet you all. I look forward to the next meeting.

Meeting space for March
Hi all,
I looked into the meeting space that I mentioned. It's smaller than I remembered, only enough space for up to 6 comfortably. Might be tight squeeze if we increase our numbers. Any other options?
Andy
I've got nothing closer than Maryland Heights
I've got the room and the wifi, but I don't think my office is close enough to everyone else.
Clayton area again
I think I can get us a quiet meeting space just north of the intersection of Clayton and Big Bend, at the Artists' Guild building (Two Oak Knoll Park.) I will have to check on available times, but they have wifi and multiple meeting spaces.
7:00 to 9:00 pm usually works out. Are we looking at a Thursday evening, mid-month, again? I can see what's available.
Thursdays are good
Sounds good to me. I would probably be able to make it again next month at that time.
I am generally available for
I am generally available for Thursday evenings, 7-9pm.
What day of March? 11th, 18th, or 25th?
Which Thursday?
The 11th is not great for me. I will check on availability of a Guild room for the 18th and/or 25th if that sounds good. So that would be 3rd or 4th Thursday. I'll check tomorrow, and post what I find here.
How about the 25th?
I have learned that we can use one of the Guild's meeting rooms on March 25, 7:00 to 9:00 PM. They have a full house for a special event the 18th, so that is not available.
The Guild has Wifi, and I can borrow a projector if we need one.
Any reaction to this?
Does this date work for everybody? I should give them an official okay if we want to reserve a meeting room. We can probably have the conference room, which means a nice big table and good wifi.
Sounds good
Works for me.
I'm putting it on my calendar
I look forward to making you all feel brilliant again! :)
Sounds great
I'll be there.
This time works for me as
This time works for me as well.
March 25, 7:00 to 9:00 PM
Shall we (that is, an individual) post the details of this meetup on the Drupal STL group page, so it doesn't stay buried in the comments?
Sure
I have an email in to my contact at the Guild to dot all the i's and cross all the t's on this... and I wanted to hear from you, since you have been our main organizer. Once final confirmation is complete with the Guild, I'll post the details in a new topic.
Confirmed meeting date and place
We are confirmed for the St. Louis Artists' Guild, Two Oak Knoll Park in Clayton. Meeting date is Thursday, March 25, time is 7:00 to 9:00 pm. We have the first floor conference room, and I can get a projector if we need/want one.
westbywest, if you would like to make the official announcement in a new discussion, we are all set. I'll provide directions and a map in that new thread.
Hey all, I'll definitely try
Hey all,
I'll definitely try to make the next one. Thanks for organizing it.
I was on my way to leave to the last one, but my car battery died.
