Hi all, I'm a new GR group member and I live 50 miles north in Fremont MI (I've been here about 1.5 years, just moved here from the east coast, though I grew up in Wisconsin). My big goal for drupal in my life is to convert a FileMaker Pro database solution I developed for musicians called Indie Band Manager to drupal. I think it will require a few custom modules (in contact management, bookings, and financial tracking) and an installation profile... but I think most everything I need already exists and just needs to be tweaked.
I'm trying to get the money together to go to the Lullabot modules and API seminar in Chicago July 21/22, and I've been combing through the online developer documentation to prepare.
Anyhoo... would love to meet with anybody and everybody interested in drupal in the area... I've been setting up drupal sites for a good number of people lately... here's a few recent ones:
