Broward Meetup (second Wednesday of the month)

Wednesday, July 13th, 2016 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Dunkin' Donuts - 9170 State Road 84 (south side of I-595 between Nob Hill and Pine Island) Davie, FL 33324 USA

This month Jay Epstein (http://jay-epstein.com) will be continuing his series: The Learning Series: Drupal 8 - Let's be friends Part 2. In Part 1, we got a broad overview of Drupal 8, the new management UI, a few modules and a simple phrase called Core Plus Four. Let's continue on the quest to more efficient architecture and how you can achieve simplicity, elegance and intuitive work flow using Relativity.

Here's the plan:

1: Core Plus Four: A deep dive into the logic, buzz words and the risk-reward concept of Relativity.

2: Fieldgroups: We all know what they are, but how do they benefit Relativity and your own strategies to data modeling, visual UI and front end display output.

3: Introduction to Display Suite: If the back end thrives on simplicity and elegance, how do we transfer all that good stuff to the front end so themers have what they need to bring our architecture to life.

4: Depending on time, Community Q/A help session.
