I see a lot of potential in OA2 but find it very difficult to work with. I encounter a problem and it can take weeks to resolve. I have tried to attract paid support to no avail.
One harebrained scheme is to form a technical collaboration group of others working with OA in a similar way. Fewer members but perhaps more focus and responsiveness. A possibility is common access: see how someone else accomplished something or take a close look at an issue someone else is struggling with.
