Chaz Chumley, Drupal Evangelist at Forum One, will be showing us how to streamline front-end development process using Pattern Lab and Twig
The presentation will cover:
• How to install Pattern Lab
• Determining the type of pattern directory structure required to match Drupal
• Creating patterns based on mockups and theming them
• Matching a custom Drupal Markup to a pattern markup
Chaz Chumley is a Drupal Evangelist at Forum One and has been specializing in Open Source web and database development with emphasis in responsive design. Chaz' adventures have also led him to become an Instructor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas teaching Drupal and various web technologies as well as contributing numerous articles and presentations at NYCCamp, BadCamp and DrupalCon, as well as, authoring Drupal books for Packt publishing.
This meetup will take place at ICF International in Fairfax, VA.
Our regular meetup is the third Tuesday of every month - rotating between ICF and Bixal in Fairfax.
