I'm having difficulty figuring out how to make the structure I need work in Open Atrium. I'm wondering if it's even possible. I'm definitely stumped with the words used and how to map things.
I need to have multiple TYPES of groups that fall into 2 CATEGORIES:
CATEGORIES:
1. ACTION groups (TYPES: examples are topic collaboration and event collaboration)
2. PROFILE groups (TYPES: different types of organizations such as government and business)
In my non-Open Atrium site they were all Organic groups with different types of content types within them.
ACTION groups had events, discussions, wikis, etc. while profile groups had news, blogs, etc.
There was networking going on between the users in the action groups and networking between the users and the different types of organizations. The nature of the networking depended on the type of organization.
Is it possible to use Open Atrium for this?
