Can we plan Drupal meetup in Doha?

We haven't see the active Drupal team in Doha and we are interested to make a Drupal group and arrange a initial meetup.

Let us know your thoughts.

We require below arrangements for meetup.

1) Space - Meeting room, hall etc.
2) Presentation devices - Projector, TV etc.
3) Food sponsors.
4) Presentation teams.
