I was looking at the Fusion handbook and saw this diagram illustrating the various regions in Fusion:

http://drupal.org/files/images/fusion-theme-regions.png

According to the diagram the Header region floats to the right of the site logo. However with my Acquia Marian 6.x.3-0.alpha installation, the Header region is below the logo. I've attached a scree shot to illustrate.

Did I misunderstand the Fusion diagram?

Edit: Seems I forgot my screenshot the first time around. Here it is.

Hi!

Can you attach a screenshot of your actual blocks layout (in the blocks config page)?

Thanks!

Hi totsubo, that wireframe is for version 2.x not the updated 3.x. You can achieve the same sort of layout though by adding a block to your header region and through Skinr setting that block to be 300px wide and float right. Those are options within the block's configuration page so you should be able to get that layout working all through the Skinr settings for that block.

It'd be nice to have the option to include modules next to your logo like in the old layout. I don't normally enable the Site Name or mission statement and have a square logo on the left hand side of the page. The whole area to the right of the logo is blank and I can't put modules there without trying to hack another region in which I haven't yet tried on any fusion based themes.

Problem with header block

abouch's picture

I have tried various settings but cannot solve my problem...

With Acquia Marina - Fusion - Skinr, my header block with a 468 X 60 banner is below the logo line.

Example:

Logo Image is Here(233X133)----------------------------(I want banner here)----

------------------------------------------------------Banner is Here(468X60)----
