Hi,

I am looking for Drupal users and developers in Namibia. I work for Open Learning Exchange and we are planning a Drupal based project in Namibia and would like to get some local help and insight.

I know d.o has this list of users http://drupal.org/profile/country/Namibia but I have not seen anything else.

Probably is too late for your project, isn't it? but would be nice anyway to meet other drupal developers in Namibia.
