User info in Google map balloons

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

If I wanted to have some of a user/member profile show up on one of the pop up balloons on a google map, any idea what modules I would use? I have gmap installed and I suspect cck could be used. Any ideas on modules or procedures.
