Upcoming meetings...

Hi Spokane-area folks! I hope everyone is having a good summer, and staying cool as much as possible.

As you may have noticed, I didn't yet set up an August meeting for our group, due to scheduling conflicts (room availability and/or my availability, which I posted about on the July meeting page a few weeks back, but you may have missed it). Unfortunately for the group, I'm also planning several out-of-town trips between September and November -- right now the dates for these trips are not yet set, so I am unable to commit to a Drupal group meeting on the 2nd or 3rd Thursday for the next several months.

So, here are some options:

a) Someone else could set up meetings for September, October, and/or November. If I'm in town, I would show up; if not, you could meet without me.

b) We could wait until my travel plans are more settled, and if I'm going to be in town for any 2nd/3rd Thursdays those months, I could set up meetings. I will probably know about November fairly soon (most likely I will not be available those weeks). October I'm more likely to be available (that trip, if it happens, will be later in the month probably), and I should know fairly soon about that too. September is looking unlikely.

c) Maybe a different Thursday during those months would work for people, other than our usual "2nd or maybe 3rd Thursday" practice? For instance, right now there are two upcoming Thursdays when I could schedule a Drupal group meeting, and which have meeting room availability (at least at this moment):

1. Thursday, Aug 23 -- could meet at Spokane Valley (small conf room where we've been meeting last 2 months) or Argonne (large meeting room at the library we met at prior to this summer).

2. Thursday, Aug 30 -- Spokane Valley's conference room, or either the large or small room at Argonne, are all available.

I would be happy to set up either of those dates if there is enough interest... Leave a comment here if you are interested, and let me know which date.
