This month, Doug Vann presented how to integrate ReactJS and AngularJS code into your Drupal site with the Progressively Decoupled Blocks module. Instead of single page application, think of single block application.
Doug's presentation focused on his work in helping FPL manage their campaigns for tracking users and their usage. He went on to show us some of the examples that come with the Progressively Decoupled Blocks (PDB) module ( https://www.drupal.org/project/pdb ) using ReactJS first, then using AngularJS. He also showed us how the PDB module has its own module directory, and how the PDB module is constantly looking at its components directory and provide the module's dynamic capability.
We also discussed several other topic during the meetup. Jay discussed the Maestro module ( https://www.drupal.org/project/maestro ) that provides a business process workflow solution that allows creating and automating a sequence of tasks representing any business, document approval or collaboration process. Doug discussed the Drupal Admin UI ( https://github.com/jsdrupal/drupal-admin-ui ) as a way to learn more about learning to use ReactJS with Drupal 8.
We had three remote users and four in person.
