User group meeting
Lullabot recently launched a new version of their website (https://www.lullabot.com/articles/announcing-new-lullabotcom). At this week's SeaDUG front-end meeting, I'd like to discuss the decisions they made when developing the new site, including:
- Using the Quicklink library to prefetch linked pages
- Moving away from a decoupled site architecture
- Making heavy use of Drupal's new layouts functionality
- Using vanilla JavaScript, with no jQuery
- Rendering views in layouts
