This release includes a fix for two security vulnerabilities with a combined score of Critical. You can learn more in the security advisories:
Drupal core - Moderately critical - Cross Site Scripting - SA-CORE-2019-006
TableField - Critical - Remote Code Execution - SA-CONTRIB-2019-045
That is the only change in this release.

Remember: you have to update the WHOLE profile - not just the individual panopoly_* modules! Otherwise, you'll be missing important module updates/patches, and it isn't guarenteed to work.
