Digital agencies are often the source for companies (large and small) to create integrated and marketable products and platforms. In my time at Code and Theory, we’ve seen an accessibility awakening with not only ourselves but also with our clients. Accessibility deliverables are a clear value-add proposition to our clients, including creative technology and technical strategy integrations. I’ll be discussing how we’ve built an actionable awareness over multiple teams about accessible deliverables - from answering RFPs through QA and final launch. Also, I’ll be discussing the range of needs our clients are requesting when they’re building their digital products. Finally, I’ll be discussing our current needs within the agency regarding scaling skillsets, capacity planning, and follow-the-sun development/test strategy.

A11yTalks seeks to provide a friendly, safe environment. All participants should be able to engage in productive dialogue. They should share and learn with each other in an atmosphere of mutual respect. We require all participants to adhere to the Drupal Code of Conduct. This applies to all community interaction and events.
