phpBB 3 RC4 is out

Release Candidate 4 is out. More fixes than I was hoping for, but none of them appear to be for serious bugs. The beta version of the module should work with this new release, but the ucp_profile file has to be patched manually.

During the installation of "Install phpBB 3.x", the final step is:

Now go back to Drupal and change the upload directory to forum/shared, and then
configure in user settings the path to avatars to be "avatars" rather than pictures.

How do I go back to Drupal and change the upload directory to forum/shared? I can not find it from Drupal's adminstration menu. Any one can help me? Thank you for your help.
