This release includes a fix for a Critical security vulnerability. You can learn more in the security advisory:
Drupal core - Critical - Remote code execution - SA-CORE-2020-012
That is the only change in this release.

Remember: you have to update the WHOLE profile - not just the individual panopoly_* modules! Otherwise, you'll be missing important module updates/patches, and it isn't guarenteed to work.
