Notice of Extraordinary Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Dissolution of Drupal Ireland Association
Dear Drupal Ireland Association Members,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important development concerning the future of the Drupal Ireland Association. After careful consideration and evaluation, the Drupal Ireland Association Committee has made the difficult decision to dissolve the association due to a notable decline in interest and activity in recent years.
We believe that transparency and open communication are essential during this process, and as such, we invite you to attend an Extraordinary Annual General Meeting (AGM) to discuss and formally conclude the affairs of the Drupal Ireland Association.
The AGM will be scheduled as an evening Zoom call on July 6th at 7pm. Your participation in this meeting is vital, as it will ensure a smooth and fair dissolution process.
During the AGM, the committee will present an overview of the reasons behind this decision, and how the dissolution process will proceed.
We understand that this may come as a disappointment to many of you who have been actively involved in the Drupal Ireland community. However, it is important to acknowledge the current realities and adapt to the changing landscape.
