Presentation: Contact Relationship Management in Drupal
A contact relationship management (CRM) platform is used by businesses and organizations to keep track of people and facilitate communication.
Drupal has had previous attempts to incorporate CRM features. Things like Redhen for Salesforce integrations, or CiviCRM. Previous attempts have been challenged by the complexity and diversity of needs. But this time will be different! We are learning from the past, and building a flexible framework that can be customized for your org's needs.
MindSing will present their current project with SPRAT, a professional membership association with some complex requirements. We'll dive into the current state of Drupal CRM, and support for paid memberships via Commerce. Expect to come away with an understanding of what the platform provides, the current roadmap, and how to follow along or participate in the process.
Food will be provided by MindSing.
