Hey guys I see some people have finally joined the group here. I'm going to be holding a semi-drupal session in Columbus sometime in the next couple months. Are you guys having any conferences where you're at?

I'd like to get a few people together in Lincoln for an user's group, possibly next month.

I'm new to drupal, and would love to get together with others who are using it to share ideas, opinions, whatever. I live in Seward and work in Lincoln and would certainly travel to wherever we decide to meet. I'm currently converting the website for the school where I teach to Drupal. Hello Nebraskans! I work at the University in Central Admin on Lincoln campus. I live half-way between Lincoln and Omaha. So glad to find others from my home state. I am a very active member of the Joomla! community but also am a Drupal user and huge fan. I would meet with you if there are meetings close by and it works with my schedule.
@lsommerer - VERY nice Lincoln Lutheran site. I love to see open source used for education! Way cool! But, I must admit, seeing that blue color and those athletes put me back in the crowd where I watched many games in horror as the Warriors brutalized the Knights. :( hehe!

Meeting the week of Nov 12-16 ?
If there is interest, I would love to host a meeting at UNL in the evening during the week of November 12-16. Thursday night is out, but any other night would work for me. If you could get back to me by Monday, that would be great...I'll get a meeting room on campus. If Nov. won't work, December 10-14 would work instead.
