Need help with e-Commerce + Webform + PayPal

I am trying to set up a system for a newspaper site using e-Commerce + Webform + PayPal so that users can purchase ads to announce events such as a birthday, wedding, engagement, anniversary, or birth of a baby.

Here's how it needs to work: Each Webform is a Product to be purchased through e-Commerce. Each Webform is specific to a size and type of ad; for example, "Birthday - 3x8" is the Webform for a birthday ad that will be three columns wide and eight inches tall.

The user fills out the Webform and then clicks "Add to cart"; the user can then go to the e-Commerce shopping cart and check out and pay for the ad with PayPal.

Here are my problems:

1. The SKU associated with each Webform is not being passed to PayPal; that is necessary in order for us to be able to assign the money correctly from the PayPal account.

2. The information entered in the Webform should be emailed to my account; it's not arriving in my inbox. In fact, when I check the "Submissions" list for the form, the response I get is "There are no submissions for this form" ... even though I have submitted the form numerous times during the testing process.
