Display RSS feed in a block

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I am needing to display an rss feed from ebay into a block. I can do it with springwidgets (you can see it at my test site http://bumpmyblog.com) where the feed is displayed in flash, but the feed doesn't format correctly. Is there a way to use "Views" to display the contents of an rss feed in a block? I have used the leech module in the past to turn rss feeds into nodes. Would my best option be to use that and then use views to display the content of the page into the block? Has anyone else done this before, and if so what route did you take?

Thanks

Ok...I guess I'll answer my own question.

Google has an ajax feed api that will accomplish this.

Just cut and past some javascript into the head of your page.tpl.php file and create a block with <div id="feed"></div> in it and there you go. I am still working out the formatting, but it works.

You can check it out in the right sidebar at my test site.

I would still rather do this from within drupal if anyone has a better idea.

P.S. I have removed the springwidgets feed.
