I'm pretty sure the room was reserved
If memory serves me correctly, at the August meeting we discussed that the 3rd Thursday wouldn't work so well for September, as you guys would be in Barcelona. So we decided on the 27th and reserved the room for meeting as well as pre-meeting co-working time.

demo site module - takes a snapshot of your database and allows you rollback so if you accidentally inactivate a couple of modules, you can roll back to get to the "safe place" but it overwrites everything so use it carefully
