BADCamp is hosting up our pirate flag and getting ready to set sail, but we still have room for more sessions. If you would like to offer a session, the deadline for proposals is October 21st. If you are already registered, you can click here to submit a proposal.
Registration has been flying this last week, and there are already over a hundred attendees. Fortunately we have been able to raise the cap to 150 people. You can register now at http://badcamp07.org/07/register
See you there.

Site performance?
This is the second time I've tried to go through and vote on sessions. Everything moves smoothly, then all of a sudden everything times out. Hopefully this is because this conference will be so popular that everyone is rushing to vote on the sessions? Or are these the hazards of hosting sites at UCB? ;-)

Sigh
There seems to be some network static between our webserver and our db server, which are run by two different departments. It was really bad a couple of weeks ago, then I thought the server support group had it all ironed out, but it suddenly started up again yesterday.
