Simplification?
Thank you for sharing this, djwesto.
I am a fanatical believer in simplicity: One of the main shortcomings I've found with feedback from our (logically ordered) website structure is that it's still too much information, too complicated.
How can we simplify this? Do we really need primary and secondary navigation?
