It's a web agency with a focus on online communities and social networks, and a geographically distributed model where we work with talented people from around the world to get things done. I've been a member of the Drupal community for 3 years now, and we base most of what we do on Drupal (+ CiviCRM).

An immediate project's first phase involves (and most are typically like this) getting the CMS to publish to a design we've created (e.g. publish an article, associate a graphic, promote it to the front page feature spot), installing CiviCRM and tying it to the Drupal users, and enabling membership payments (if the user pays, assign a special role, has access to full content) and donations. I'm fairly proficient w/ Drupal myself so you'll have support.
