Good morning (depending on your location),
I'm working with the Drupal Association on a small project to collect data about how DrupalCamps around the world are organized. If you've been involved in organizing a DrupalCamp in the past, I'd like to ask your help by completing the following survey:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HTTKNFC
The data will be used to help the Drupal Association determine how it can best help DrupalCamp organizers in the future.
Thank you in advance,
-mike anello

Colorado already completed
The data is entered for Colorado already.
One question @ultimike - if we've done multiple camps should we enter data multiple times?

yes
Yes, absolutely. The goal of the survey is to answer questions such as average budget per camper, percentage of camps utilizing a 501(c)3, etc...
Combine that with the date of the camp and we'll be able to spot some trends as well.
Thanks,
-mike
can't complete form :(
in q1, 0 does not seem to be allowed as our camp's admission fee or percentage of income from admissions.
in q2, it seems to be required to explain the admission fee, even if no admission was charged.
ah
Nice catches.
I went ahead and added some language to the survey to help out.
For a zero admission fee, please leave the box blank - no need to enter a "0".
If there was no admission fee, please select "Other" in question 2 (page 2).
Thanks,
-mike
hmm
still can't complete the survey :( No matter what I type for admission fee, I get the error "Please enter a positive number." This happens with a blank, 0, or 0.01.
Other people seem to be able to finish it without trouble, what am I doing wrong? :)

Try just using integers without decimals or commas or units.
BTW, that's for Colorado 2009. We plan to spend some of that windfall in 2010 ;)

thanks
That was it :) Guess it doesn't pay to be too precise with budget numbers - sticking to just integers did the trick.
I've done the survey for the
I've done the survey for the past Drupalcamp Spain 2010
