I've created a Membership product type, named Membership. However, this product type does not show as an available product type when creating a Product. Only the Non-Shippable and Shippable product types are displayed. What have I done wrong?

If you go out of ecommerce
If you go out of ecommerce and into admin/content/types/product and scroll down the bottom to see what "Product Types" can be set.

Hehe - fair enough! I don't think there is a proper manual for eCommerce yet as it's still under development. If you visit http://www.drupalecommerce.org/documentation it has some good info, but a lot of that is still under development too...
