Just wanted to mention that Kalliki Software is a company that focuses on building Drupal websites. We're based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We actually just released our new website (http://kalliki.com/) which is significantly improved from our old website. A few quirks left but we're close. We happened to make this entire theme fully standards complaint.

I love how people rant that Drupal produces code that is not W3C compliant but in reality it does a very good job of that in its core.

Anyway, the point is that we're a group of Drupal guys and gals in South Dakota.

Thanks for posting to the Drupal group for South Dakota! Augustana College has used Drupal now for nearly two years (launched Sept. '08).

I was unfamiliar with Pressflow until reading your blog post at http://kalliki.com/blog/do-you-need-website, so thanks for making me aware of that.

Peggy, glad to finally see someone from Augie posting here! My sister is a senior there and was involved with some of the Drupal conversion projects (mostly asking me about stuff and trying to see if Augie wanted any of my help). The site looks great and I think it would be awesome if someone wrote up a Drupal.org front page case study about the site. As for myself, I used to live right near Sioux Falls and now reside in Omaha, NE just a short distance away.

Peggy: Pressflow is actually very awesome. I submitted a patch and I'm waiting for David to merge it into the core. It's a patch he likes, he's just busy. It's worth peaking at.
