array_map error on every page from unicode.inc

We encourage users to post events happening in the community to the community events group on https://www.drupal.org.

Warning:  array_map(): The first argument, 'utf8_encode', should be either NULL or a valid callback in /var/www/groups.drupal.org/htdocs/includes/unicode.inc on line 284

This is appearing on every page right now.

I have the same problem but only appear in FireFox not IE.

In the "Error Handling" settings, change Error reporting: to "Write errors to log" only (not to the screen). This will at least get rid of the warning message.
