I'm going to try to post these on a weekly basis, as a heads-up to the community about where things are at and what the current focus is on. The roadmap will also be kept up-to-date-ish, as best I can.
This week, the big public focus is on getting the User Stories squared away. Those discussions are intended to flesh out the rest of the 'spec' by which we'll be executing the remainder of the migration. I also want to the get the open source training work rolling (http://groups.drupal.org/node/80539), so that it has some chance of being ready for Drupalcon.
My coding focus this week is 75% on versioncontrol's ongoing architectural changes (more or less centered around http://drupal.org/node/831896) and 25% on getting git.drupal.org and git-dev.drupal.org set up. The former needs to be cron'd up so that it runs the most recent version of the migration path on a daily basis, and the latter is the development/test system we'll be using to build out the new, git-based d.o.
