We're going to host some very simple 'community microsites' (organic groups) for initiatives who need them on http://www.transitionnetwork.org. I see them as something lower down the food chain than the Transition Drupal offer, and look forward to working out how the inter-connections between TN.org and Transition Drupal work out.
These are one of a bunch of valuable inter-connections which I'm going to keep looking for discussions about here.
