We've just signed up for the Boston Drupalcon in March and thought that it would be way more fun and environmentally friendly to drive down to the event from Ottawa, rather than fly. CO2 matters, even when going to a great open source event, plus it means that I won't need to stand in line to get my passport stamped (at least not this year).
There will be a couple other folks from OpenConcept taking part in the journey I hope, but thought it would be a great excuse to try to get to know other local Drupal keeners on our way down. Sorta like start the conference a day early, finish a day late and get to drive through a great part of the world on the way. If there are others thinking of driving down it would be good to connect before hand. Would be a great way to try to strengthen the community of Drupal enthusiasts in this part of the world.
Would be interesting to know who from Ontario/Quebec will be heading down to the conference, so leave a comment here (even if you aren't planning on driving there).
