While plugging away at the documentation issue queue I noticed that the RDF documentation (http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/rdf) hasn't been touched for a couple of years so I'm wondering if it needs to be updated in any way for Drupal 7.
I don't know anything about RDF myself, so if someone who's up to speed could look at this it would be really appreciated.
Anyone can edit the Drupal handbooks if they're logged in.

That does look a bit out of date. The general RDF info is ok but the hooks and things are not.
It should be noted that in D7 rdf is in core, where as those pages are for a contrib. module. It looks like there is some documentation here http://drupal.org/node/622170 for D7 RDF, but it is tagged as incomplete.
The API documentation is pretty good here http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/modules--rdf--rdf.module/7
As someone who has just gone through the process of using it, I found both quite useful. The sticking point for me was the field api and the lack of real world examples (something I hope to fix in the near future).
