Module to generate mobile version of Drupal pages?

I've been toying with the idea of making some of my site's pages more 'keitai' friendly and having 'mobile' versions. Does anyone have any recommendations on a module, methodology, or tutorials for this?

The mobile pages would be mostly for viewers in Japan.
