Arizona State University has an open request for proposals (RFP) for web development and design services. From the RFP:
"The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to create a pool of approved suppliers, which can provide Web Development, Graphic Design, Audiography / Videography, and Mobile Application Development Services that will be used for a variety of communication purposes by units across the university."
