Griffin Caprio will be presenting....The Semantic Web aims to make your data accessible to a wide range of devices and services. Using semantic technologies, you can easily and automatically publish expose your data, allowing a wide range of services to utilize it. RDF forms the basis of the Semantic Web and RDFa is a special extension that enables you to embed Semantic data into your existing html. With the release of Drupal 7, RDFa is supported directly by Drupal out of the box.
In this talk I will give an introduction to the Semantic Web & RDF/RDFa. I'll also explain how you can utilize RDFa from within your Drupal installations to enable better SEO for your sites as well as increase the accessibility of your data.
Emmanuel London will be presenting....Context, Spaces, Features and Open Atrium. The goal being to first go through the 3 modules and how they work singularly and together as sort of an introduction to the concepts behind Open Atrium and then diving into Open Atrium itself.
