What is a DUG?
Drupal User Group!
and it can be whatever we make it. Come out for some beers, coffee or food (depending on where we decide to meet) and lets talk about drupal, co-coding, the marketplace, show off modules and websites.
I'm figuring that after work hours probably works best. Capital hill is probably the most central, and for this first real meeting of the Seattle DUG we can keep it pretty informal and set an agenda a few days in advance, here on groups.drupal.org.

But would also prefer the following week. Red Line seems like a good place to meet in Capital Hill... They have all manner of food and have an area down in the back that we could take over. We can also certainly meet at the big house I'm sharing with a bunch of housemates, at 13th & Mercer. We have plenty of space and a fast wireless connection.

August 2nd works for me
Good capital hill locations might be:
- Red Line, the white-painted brick building on Olive/Denny
- Vivace on Broadway, which has a little coffee roasting room we can use
- My house which has some large spaces & good wireless access
I can do the 26th too.

I can definitely make August 2nd. All of Sammos suggestions sound great to me. If people want to eat, maybe we should go to Red Line? Sammos if there are 10 of us do you think Red Line can accomodate? Also I wonder if it might be too loud. Vivace or your place might be quieter. Or maybe noise level isn't really a big issue for this first meeting?
