Introduction of Post Carbon Institute

Hi, I wanted to introduce our non-profit, Post Carbon Institute to the Northern California group. We are a think tank focused on energy scarcity and climate change, and use Drupal as the development platform to our many sites (postcarbon.org).

We applied to create a Sebastopol Drupal Users Group, but they told us that there was already a Northern California group, and that we would overlap. We're interested in hosting a monthly meeting in Sebastopol at our offices, but wanted to check first if there was any interest, or if there were other meetings taking place that we are not aware of. Also wanted to check if anyone had any preferences on timing or dates.

The dates we don't want to conflict with that we know about are:

Sonoma County System Administrators
first Tuesday of every month

North Bay .NET User Group
3rd Tuesday

North Bay Ruby Users Group
3rd thursday

North Bay Internet Society
Second Thursdays

Also, as I'm an ex-Oreilly employee, I found out that the the Northern California group is not a registered O'Reilly User Group, and it would be no problem for them to add the group to their list of User Groups.
