new site development

I am new to Drupal. Have built a very rudimentary site (www.inuag.org) and am looking for someone who is interested in helping me build the site and navigate using Drupal. I have built w Dreamweaver in the past, and have some knowledge of code. Not sure how to plumb the depths of the Chicago community. Looking for preferably Northside/Westside user who would be interested in participating in the construction of a social network and wiki for Urban Agriculture. Financial compensation available.
