Open Atrium workflow examplary content in distribution for projects>tasks ?

Hi!
I am heaving problem understanding Open Atrium workflow for projects>tasks ?
I am not sure when tasks and projects show up (or not) and how in interface...is there any example?
It would be great if default distro would have some content and documentation that explains this!
