Video Comments - Chat with multiple users

Hi,
i am relatively new. I am searching something like an plugin.
I installed drupal. I want that users can add videos that can be commented by other users. Some kind of a video forum where normal links are represented by different bookmarks assigned by users. A video forum commenting system.
Does anyone has a clue where to find something like this?
